Food is a major contributor to your skin appearance and integrity. Its time to talk about which foods that make your skin glow!! So often people forget that it’s not just about what is going on to our skin (however this is also important) but what we are putting into our system to ensure healthy beautiful skin!
Avocado – EFAs
Spinach – betacarotene
Broccoli – DIM, Indole-3-carbinol, b vitamins and vitamin c
Blueberries – vitamin C and high antioxidants
Brazil nuts – selenium
Lemon – vitamin c and plenty of electrolytes
Fresh fish – EFAs, produces prostaglandins which modulate inflammation in the body. Omega 3 & 6
Cucumber – think of that water content
Pawpaw – superfood for the skin
What is your skin telling you?
