It’s hard not to open up social media and see post after post about the current worldwide situation with Coronavirus. The media is really pumping information out there and it can be overwhelming and scary.
It is important to be aware of what is happening in the world and how you can protect yourself. Part of protecting yourself is looking after your mental wellbeing. Fear and stress can do a lot more harm than good. So please take a few minutes away from the media hype today.
Stress can also be a trouble maker when it comes to your immune system. So rest, eat real food, drink clean filtered water, create space in your life for quiet and get fresh air. It can do the world of good.
